A Pome a Day for a Year

It is a sort of squish sound,
if you treat them like drums.

A kind of hum brrrr,
if you use a violin bow.

A kind of ‘ouch’ noise,
if you strike them like a piano.

Sort of a prhphpbh mess,
if you blow like an oboe.

Verging on a slish slash,
if you guitar pluck with a pick.

Pretty much silence,
if you place by a mic.

Pineapples are not really
as musical as you would think.
